There’s something sacred about striking a match.

It’s not just about the flame—it’s about the pause before it, the breath you take as it flickers to life, and the quiet comfort that follows. That pause, that light, that feeling—it’s what Éire & Ivy, Co. was born from.

This brand began in a season of transition, when I was craving gentleness. The kind of gentleness that doesn’t demand anything from you, but simply exists beside you—soft, grounding, and warm. I found it in ritual. In scent. In nature. In light.

The name Éire & Ivy holds two pieces of my heart:

Éire, a nod to my deep-rooted love for Ireland—its softness, its stories, its wild green beauty.

Ivy, for resilience, for quiet growth, for the way it climbs even in shadow.

Together, they represent everything this space hopes to offer: beauty that feels like home, light that doesn’t rush you, and products made with care and soul.

Every candle is created in small batches, with natural wax and intention behind every pour. My hope is that when you light one, it brings you back to yourself. That it invites you to rest, to reflect, or to simply breathe.
